SERVICE AGREEMENT

By engaging EventFlow Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our cyberpunk event planning services.

Service Scope: EventFlow Services provides comprehensive event planning, including venue selection, technology integration, vendor coordination, and on-site event management.

Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required to secure services, with the balance due 48 hours before the event. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive 75% refund. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit.

Force Majeure: EventFlow Services is not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the total contract value. We are not responsible for third-party vendor failures or guest injuries.

Intellectual Property: All event designs, concepts, and materials created by EventFlow Services remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
